I went for a shorter walk today just down to Milsons Point today with the intention of playing with the settings on my camera to work out good night shots. As you can see from the above pic, I failed. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I think I will try to find a 1 day course on digital photography so I can learn how to use it properly and get the most out of it.
It was damn cold down by the water so I got out of there as soon as I could!
Most smaller digital cameras, even those with a lot of megapixels, don't capture dim light well. This was always the problem with mine, as soon as daylight faded everything was always blurry. :(
